Ranch Grill

  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 1/2 lb. Sirloin Steak, 1 inch thick
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 can (12 oz.) beer
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C. chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

In a medium saucepan mix together all ingredients except meat, salt and pepper.Simmer about 30 minutes. Coat meat with sauce on both sides, reserving remainder of sauce. Grill steak over hot coals to desired wellness, basting frequently. Remove to warm platter and season with salt and pepper. Reheat remaining sauce and serve as gravy.
